TheGamesDB-Scraper stopped working -> probably due to API update!

A few days ago I noticed the TheGamesDB-Scraper in your latest build stopped working. After looking into the matter, it turns out that the team behind hosting TheGamesDB had to move their whole database to a new server in Nov/Dec 2019. In the process, they apparently updated the developer-api for the service.

It would be awesome if you could update your build in the near future to make use of the new api, so that scraping works again. Thanks a lot for all the good work on emulationstation so far :-)

There is a PR upstream to address this. Once it is merged there, it will get pulled in here automatically.
