Current release 23 Jul 2021 - scraping not working on Windows

Hi, scraping does not work on Windows in 23 Jul 2021 version. I am software developer. Is there any way to get some logs or debug information?

I have also running Raspberry 4 - Retropie and using same roms folder, it did scrape everything. So I tried to WinSCP and copy these files over to Windows.

I have copied all of them and current Windows location is ~/.emulationstation/downloaded_images

For example: ~/.emulationstation/downloaded_images/nes/10-Yard Fight-image.jpg

And actual rom image is like this: /roms/nes/10-Yard Fight.nes

Even with this, EmulationStation does not show the screenshot. Tried switching various themes as well.

Any clues?
