Multiple Emulators/Cores for the same System

How does this fork support multiple emulators/cores for the same system? For instance, if all of the Arcade roms are in one Arcade folder and you needed some of them to run with MAME2003 core and some others to run with MAME2010 core.

This is a good question. I can provide you a workaround I used on actual Retropie. I did put Mame2010 in /roms/arcade folder and Mame2003 in /roms/mame folder.
