jqxGrid: incorrect column calculation

Describe the bug When the grid width is set to 100% and there is one column width set to pixels, the calculation of the other columns' width is incorrect. A horizontal scrollbar appears.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://jsfiddle.net/mogador/enLmzvb2/
  2. See that the grids with a width 100% have horizontal scrollbars
