jqxTextArea: Theme does not change dynamically

Describe the bug Setting the theme initially works, but if you change it after that, the theme is not changed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://jsfiddle.net/urgjd5yc/
  2. Select some theme from the drop down
  3. See error
