Currently (1.4-RC.1) jquery.mobile.icons.min.css is included in the ZIP when you download your custom theme. This means you end up with 3 CSS files (theme, icons, and structure).

We should change this to generating one version of the custom theme where icon CSS is included, and one without icon CSS which can be used in combination with the grunticon solution or custom icons. Then we don't have to add the icon CSS file to the ZIP anymore.
