sharing a link to a theme with h swatches causes blank dups

If you make a theme with swatches a-h then share a link to this theme the loaded theme has no background colors and will now contain swatches a-n. deleting the duplicate swatches and then sharing the link to this theme will cause an invalid theme error when you load it.
