CLA link redirects to OpenJS Foundation page with no CLA in evidence

The links regarding the JQuery CLA found in many places (for eample, the "Read & Sign CLA" button on https://contribute.jquery.org/) all lead to the same URL: https://contribute.jquery.org/CLA/

That URL redirects to https://openjsf.org/, and if there's any way to sign or even see a CLA on that page, I cannot find it.

Note: It appears that the EasyCLA bot will post a link to start the CLA-signing process, when a new contributor opens their first PR. So, the documentation should probably just say that, instead.
