Panel option classes needs to be updated

Many classes have been changed or removed.

I don't really know enough about panels to document the following options:

• classes.pageContainer
• classes.pageContentPrefix
• classes.pageFixedToolbar

I've noticed in the code that sometimes suffixes are added to these classes, like this.options.classes.pageContentPrefix + "-open", so this practice should also be documented in the option descriptions.

I've left the descriptions of those options blank, except for classes.pageContentPrefix, because I found a comment that said something about that option, so I pasted the comment.

@agcolom this is part of the ongoing classes option work and will land before 1.5.
