I agree with @shrewmus, are you able to ping 192.168.0.251 from your Raspberry Pi when the printer is on and you are connected to it's WiFi network?

It might be worth checking that your Pi has picked up DHCP, If I remember correctly, the IP address for the printer should also be the gateway IP that's assigned...
