We discovered that your app contains hidden features. Specifically, it would be appropriate to remove any and all features in this app to load remote webview content before resubmitting for review, such as this apps JPushRichVideoMessageWebViewController.
The next submission of this app may require a longer review time, and this app will not be eligible for an expedited review until this issue is resolved.

Guideline 4.2 - Design - Minimum Functionality
Your app provides a limited user experience as it is not sufficiently different from a mobile browsing experience. As such, the experience it provides is similar to the general experience of using Safari. Including iOS features such as push notifications, Core Location, and sharing do not provide a robust enough experience to be appropriate for the App Store.

To resolve this issue, please revise your app to provide a more robust user experience by including additional native iOS functionality.
You can avoid delays to future submissions by ensuring your apps don’t attempt to mislead or harm customers or undermine the review process. Review the App Store Review Guidelines and read the Developer Code of Conduct so you understand our requirements prior to submitting any apps for review.

Regarding the guideline 2.3.1 and 4.2.0 issues, we found that your app includes JPush capabilities and web view controllers that can be manipulated to populate dynamic content. This kind of functionality is not appropriate for the App Store. Below is an example of code in your binary that supports this feature, although there may be others:
- JPushRichVideoMessageWebViewController
It would be appropriate to remove JPush capabilities and web views controllers for populating dynamic content from your app before resubmitting.
