Adding a new line in the editor

When adding a new line into the editor, it adds an empty <p></p> tag instead of <br/> tag is this expected behaviour.. If so why??

@jpuri you can try doing the same here.Demo After digging up the code a bit, I found that draft js adds an empty text block instead of \n thus, causing the conversion to perform incorrectly. Can I put up a pull request to resolve the same.
