cannot provide super user permission in android using runtime.exec("su") , provides : Cannot run program "su": error=13, Permission denied

I have rooted android device and enabled READ_LOG permission also, still provides Cannot run program "su": error=13, Permission denied. please suggest me If am missing anything Thank you
