Different vertical line height between OTF and TTF formats
The OpenType (OTF) font and TrueType (TTF) fonts have different vertical spacing, at least how Microsoft Word on Windows interprets them. The TTF-Version has smaller height resulting more lines per page and different page breaks even. Tested with Barlow SemiCondensed, Version 1.422.
Is this intentional, or can this be improved for the next version?

I was able to reproduce the same with Barlow 1.5 RC1.
Hi @itb-devs-de I will take a look. Thank you for the issue!
I have used the last two versions 1.4x and 1.5 and I also observed that vertical height when modifying the DIN to the Barlow in documents created previously. In cases where the text box is adjusted to its content, the text overflows when changing the font to Barlow.
The solution I use in InDesign is to modify the offset of the first baseline in the text frame properties and select "Caps Height".
Kind Regards.
Should be fixed in https://github.com/jpt/barlow/archive/refs/heads/1.5.zip
