Not Found, Error 404, Save to Drive
Issue remains after deleting and re installing.
Just checking to see if there has been an update to the extension to correct this problem, or perhaps one is pending release soon. As always, thanks for your efforts and for the great tool. I know a lot of people who are mourning the loss of it....
Sorry gang, no update quite yet. Google shut down the service that this extension was using, thus requiring a complete rewrite.
I'm currently in the early stages of testing everything out, and hope to have a new version in the next couple weeks or so.
Thanks for being so patient! :+1:
Thanks so much, Josh. I'm certain everyone appreciates your hard work!
Thanks, Josh! I love the App and can't wait for it to be back online. (And my whole company agrees :)
Thanks for the update. I'll keep checking back!
Hello, Josh. I am checking to see if you have come up with an update or alternative to the Gmail Attachments to Drive extension. If so, I may have missed it. I'm still hoping there's something either out already or coming soon. Thanks for your efforts.
I'm having the same issue and I also "love" the App. Please help us to continue using it.
Any progress? I've been assuming it's a bug fix. It's an extremely useful facility for those that use Gmail Apps and Drive extensively.
We'd love this to work as well.
Here's a nice alternative where you can automate saving attachments to your Google Drive : www.kwikkel.com
Isn't this functionality implemented directly into Gmail now? Hence why I haven't bothered to update this project in a while. Not really sure if there is any more need for "plugins" to accomplish saving email attachments to Google Drive.
It is a bit different as a solution. You can setup Gmail filters and setup a configuration one-off and never look at the incoming mails/attachments anymore.

Yes, during a recent update to GMail, the ability to save an attachment directly to Drive was incorporated. In addition, you have the option of filing it to folder of your choice:
