What would be needed to use this for Dutch?

This looks interesting, what would I need to do to have this working for Dutch?

just guessing: perhaps training a model (ASV Toolbox) on Dutch words and then dropping in the binary would suffice? I personally would like to know how to replace the model, if it is possible at all.
