Is this version still needed? I suggest updating to a more recent ES version.

JDBC importer saves the last row fetched by default. It is available as `rows.` `metrics.lastexecution` is only for metrics, it is not a value which is present in JDBC source.

Pushed a new release 1.4.0.0 I plan to move this project over to websocket support in Ratpack https://github.com/jprante/elasticsearch-plugin-ratpack (so reactive streams will become possible http://www.ratpack.io/manual/current/streams.html)

This feature has to be implemented.

I think this is not a JDBC importer issue. Please consult eclipse, gradle, and shell script documentation.
