Release v1

Hi jpoehls,

Thanks for creating this package!

Will you release a v1 version? The gopkg v0 isn't intended to be used as a release, more as a pre-release "still in development" tag. Actually, when you create branch v1, the gopkg.in/gophermail.v0 will become unavailable.

I do plan to release a v1 at some point. I'm aware of the implications of a v0 and still see gophermail as in a pre-release state. Honestly, this is just because I don't have the time to spend on it right now to do additional testing and validate that the API design is good for long term.

I've spent some time this morning creating issues for the things I think need done before we bump to v1. Hopefully this makes the state of the project a bit more transparent.
