Combo box `inputRef` prop overrides default behaviour

Description

When passing in inputRef (mentioned in https://www.saltdesignsystem.com/salt/components/combo-box/usage#props) to combo box, some behaviour starts to break (e.g. pill input no longer gets focus).

inputRef needs a useForkRef to merge with internal ref
