Update Component Creation Standard

• Review the component creation standard, update to fit the latest standard, add new standard for Salt Next (Variable)

• Update the example images in the Component creation Prototype section: Add connections between component states / Add interactions to the connections

• Add - make the component set on the top of the layers in the same page, so in the asset panel people can see the thumbnail
