Icon improvements

The following icons need to be updated to conform to new arrow heads:

• forward-
• place-in
• replay-
• restore
• swap
• tear-out

Improve inconsistent design of 'user' icons, potentially standardise with other internal icon libraries:

• user
• user-admin
• user-badge
• user-group

Observation that help icon looks like a missing image/content icon rather than help. Suggested that the icon is changed to a circle containing a question mark as opposed to a square.

Observation that close is a heavier weight line than other components and there may be other similar icons that need adjusting

Sandra Hsu has offered a contribution that needs to be included in the library; currency-exchange – in adding this we may wish to look at other 'currency' based icons or variants of currency-exchange to ensure a more complete set of icons.

Move 'Design and Contribution' guidance to internal website – this will make it easier to view and select icons in Figma properties and also provide a central location to direct consumers interested in contributing icons to the design system.
