Slow performance with largeish json

When already reading in json of sizes 300k+ with -f or :file. After 700k the performance drops off a cliff. With few meg plus sizes, you are waiting for some time..

Why so big jsons? I'm creating SonarQube generic issue data imports from large source code base. https://docs.sonarsource.com/sonarqube-cloud/enriching/generic-issue-data
