Enabling beacon in packet forwarder

I couldn't find how to enable beacon in your configuration variables.

Is there a way to do this?

@pe1mew and me tried adding it, but I don't think we ever finalised it. Mainly because I'm not sure what a working config file should look like.

If you send me a config file (global_conf.json and local_conf.json) that works, I can try implementing the code to support it.

Sorry to correct but we ware involved in gateway usage in a scenario where multiple networks ware served in both up- and downlink. Beacons was not part of this investigation. Yes we have not finalised our investigation.
