Feedback: support some sane plugins / consider alternatives to neovim's terminal mode

• Consider some sort of alternatives to Neovim's native terminal mode. I'll be the first to admit that terminal mode is ... abit gnarly if you're not used to it and yanking text in/out of terminal mode is not great. There must be a better way! (Suggestions welcome)
• Support some sane key bindings (Again, suggestions are welcome!)
