There ist [r3kzi/clamav-prometheus-exporter](https://github.com/r3kzi/clamav-prometheus-exporter/tree/master), but it doesn't export much that Kubernetes doesn't already give you. You might want to monitor the database age.

In my setup at least, I was able to fix the problem by updating to Fluent Bit 3.2 and setting Flush_Interval_Sec 10. Lower values might work too.
