Sort by title doesn't seem to do anything.

I have a query and it doesn't sort alphabetically by the title.

query: "'#definition"
template: "list"
format: "{title}"
sort: "title"
includeCurrentNote: false

If I change the sort to sort: "-title" it sorts ascending but sorts capitalized titles then lowercase ascending alphabetically.
