Download pictures to default attachment location

Currently, images are only referenced externally. Another function for the extension would be to download the images and save them in the default attachment folder and then link them. This way, the content of the note is still preserved even if the website is long gone.

Joplin has done this pretty well with his web clipper. It would be great if this could be done for Obsidian in the future.
