feat: add domain to clipper

The main feature I wanted with this change is to make the domain as something you can include in the template and note path. This way people can organize their clippings by website. It also includes the subdomain, which could help for sites like Medium.

It also lets you include the YouTube iframe embed for youtube videos, if you want to have the video embedded in the note, along with making the options a little bit easier to read with an expanding table on the options page.

Would love to see domain as an available tag in my bookmarks to group by "site"/domain.
