the application is currently not working

I followed the instructions to the letter but the application only opens a black tab for a second and turns off. It doesn't seem like I'm missing any required program or that any of my resources are outdated. It's a shame because I can't use any of the add ons provided by the community you seem to collaborate with Kexquake. I don't want to be rude and I really appreciate your work, I will be waiting for a response, thank you for updating the tool all this time
