Automate DNS registration on a service in a dockerfile.

Hello, I am using dnsmasq with other services in a dockerfile. I would like to make a request from my service to automatically register the domain name related to the IP address of the service. But I do not know how to do it. Can someone help me ? Thank you in advance for your help. Best regards.
