Different folder for uncompleted downloads and completed downloads

Hello:

I read that many users request a feature that let them download torrents directly to google drive or AWS drive, which i think it is not available by now . Because these cloud host doesn't support chunck upload but the accepted whole file to be uploaded. The ony work around i think about it is to let the script has different folders for both uncomplete and complete downloads. Once the download complete the script move the downloaded file as a complete file to destination configured on config. This let us use the cloud storage as a backup for downloaded file.
