Torrents stuck forever after restart

Hi.

I noticed what if I stop any torrent and then start it again it is getting stuck: indicator shows no progress, download speed is displayed as a previous value before stop operation. I am running latest docker image.

Any update on this? It seems like calling Drop on the torrent and then trying to restart it with DownloadAll does not work.

Maybe this issue could be related to the "weird state" described here, except that the torrent does not actually resume downloading: https://github.com/anacrolix/torrent/issues/155#issuecomment-304724691
