Probably the GitHub wiki or even more protected. It should hold info about which physical server is hosting it, how to login, where it is installed etc.

Cython 3 does not have a stable release yet and is not picked up automatically by pip as the newest version.
We would still need that PR to silence the warning I think. Cython3 just makes it not fail.
I think the correction matrix and the channel map indeed needs to be double-checked. An average as default is fine but it looks like they differ significantly from your sheet....
