Support groups in ini configuration

This allows you to validate if someone is a member of an okta group to pass authentication via the ini configuration.

I pushed this against master, but I'm not sure of the state of master currently. It looks like there was a beta release I haven't taken time to look at what changes were made. The current master doesn't work for me, so I rolled my own branch and release based on 0.10.0: https://github.com/looprock/okta-openvpn/commits/v0.10.0-groups.

Can this be reviewed for merge? I've tested looprock's PR and it works well.
