How to add collections on netlifycms?

Expected Behavior

How to add collections on /static/admin/config.toml as per netlifycms? As the images will be stored on folder dates, it is more elaborated to add images and have them read it when a post is created.

Possible Solution

Make a sample file to test.

I have not used netlifycms, so I can't speak to the issue. I will try to see what I find. That being said, images don't have to be set to the date format. Check the img-path partial.
