BUZZ: add feature to play this game without buzzer

You can not play this game if the game does not detect buzzers, that's the case on Play-. Could it be possible to simulate buzzers so we can play the game? The input will be redirected to a gamepad.

The buzzers are USB devices (from what I can read). I still haven't touched USB emulation.

In case this could help you to make progress on this feature: RCPS3 had found a way to emulate them with a controller: https://github.com/RPCS3/rpcs3/pull/9504
