[Feature request]: Support for core dump

It would be nice if Play! can create/play .dump files, this will alow to debug a game even if a Play! dev or a user don't have it.

Do you mean, like, frame dumps? We used to have debugger builds that allowed producing frame dumps, but they aren't generated by AppVeyor at the moment.

Frame dumps are for debuging the game graphics only? I was thinking about a core dump like this one:

This then can be loaded in the emulator to see the state of the CPU and other peripherals?

Yes, these dumps are for the CPU and can be loaded inside of a PS2 emulator to analyse it's activity.
