COP reg names

according to the PS2 emu found on PS4 COP reg names are

23 = badpaddr
24 = hwbk
25 = pccr

the other 3 remaining names are not mentioned

Regarding PCCR, there seem to be two separate sub-registers accessible through special instructions. I'm not sure, but I think it's the same for HWBK. We would need to change the debugger a bit to be able to display the register values correctly.
