Tap becomes silent when used for feedback

When you select one of the active Taps for feedback, this tap does not generate anymore echo. Is this normal ? (I am using 64 bits Windows VST3 version) Moreover it is no more possible to download the software. I get an error 404 everytime. Thanks for your help
