Zoom generally fixed - however cannot detect edges of blocks when zoom not equal 100%

Cannot detect edges of blocks when zoom not equal 100%

Update: for some reason detecting block edges works fine at the arrow head when scaled up or down, but not on the arrow tail! Go figure!
