Update airport Boryspil International Airport (KBP/UKBB)

It appears the name of the city for KBP IATA code in the openflights database is not correct. The major maps (openstreetmap, mapbox, googlemaps) have Kyiv on it, but some wikipedia pages still have "Kiev" spelling (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boryspil_International_Airport, though - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kiev).

I would like to have the only spelling. I believe Kyiv is the correct one.
