Make it possible to use VT without a connection to Tesla or the car

It would nice to be able to use VT even when you can't get to Tesla's servers or the car is unreachable. You can still look at graphs, export data, etc. even without a connection. It should operate on the last vehicle selected (or perhaps give a choice of vehicles for which data files are available).
