error installing in windows

os: windows x-64, php: 5.3.1, pear: 1.9.0, python: 2.7

i use command > pecl install python-0.8.0

result: success download the package, warning: php_bin \path\php.exe appears to have a suffix \php.exe, but config variable php_suffix does not match ERROR: The DSP python.dsp does not exist

This may be an issue upstream https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=64022&edit=1 Are both php and python also 64bit? Have you tried another version of php?
