PHP 8.2

Since Moodle 4.2.3 we can use PHP 8.2: https://moodledev.io/general/development/policies/php

From #262 we have detected already some deprecation warning related to the PHP version.

We have to verify all is working fine without warnings with latest PHP and Moodle versions.

Well, it is not resolved: we have just checked that testing over using php 8.2 works properly, among other versions.

We have to check warnings detected on #262.
