Enhancement: Refresh Table Button

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Refreshing the whole page to reload table means requesting for a bunch of resources (templates and static files) and losing the current pagination state.

Describe the solution you'd like

Refresh the page to reload content: brings another issue, lose the current pagination state.

Follow these steps: click next button, click previous button: terrible UX.

A refresh button at the top (or bottom) of the table to reload the data for the current pagination state: good UX, preserve pagination state, efficient resource usage.

I'm open to opinions and suggestions.
