nlbw MAC lookup

I installed nlbw (2024.02.21~c7616bcf-r1) on OpenWRT (snapshot) and it displays the vendor for a few MACs but a lot are empty. For example one cell phone that has a MAC starting wit C0 is correctly identified as Samsung Electronics but another Samsung phone with a MAC starting with CC has no Vendor. I looked up the MAC on a website and it is Samsung Electronics. Is there a command to update the MAC database?
