Question: np-default networkpolicy created when adding namespace to project

same as @sprutton1, I like the idea to have the default policy but I would like to configure it, in my case to configure np-default as [deny all](https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/services-networking/network-policies/#default-deny-all-ingress-traffic)
