not enough output

Hello!

Thank you for the amazing project. I would like to make a request. When I run openpyn -l us, the script responds with a list of servers and nothing else:

Only after 60 seconds or so I get the rest of the output:

Perhaps, it would make sense to explain to the user what the script is doing? (add a more verbose output?)
