Question - connecting to x11vnc on NordVPN

I have a question that I was wondering about for awhile.

Say I have x11vnc server setup and running on ubuntu VM. I can connect to it via vnc and all is good. Then I run OpenVPN on that server, so my IPs changed.

From that point on, I can not access it via vnc.

Are there any ways to make sure I still can access it with or without VPN connection ?

Wonder if this script can help with this situation...
