Astyle stuff has been removed in 76e153d2c72bbc6472a7a408bd1f5c7157330c1c. I experimented with `clang-format-3.8` but aren't very happy. It is rather buggy and doesn't support common formatting choices like indented nested preprocessor directives.

That is difficult to do without support from the wiki and, anyway, there is just a single word to translate. So no high priority.

For keys the API can do this with the call http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/taginfo/apidoc#api_4_keys_all) and the filter `in_wiki`. For tags there is currently no API call.
